As &quot;dubbees&quot; who are aware of the enormity of the usability mantle, we are able to accept the new job role pro-actively. During the dubbing, one might say &quot;Sure, your highness, I&#039;ll be your usability person...and here&#039;s the way it&#039;s gonna work!...&quot; Without this pro-activity, we are at the random whim of any decision-maker who thinks he/she knows about usability, for example, from an article they read or a conversation they had with a cousin during a wedding reception in Topeka last month.</description>
